Size guide: choosing the right piece

The sizes available for each type of piece, and the reference points given by the models photographed on the product pages.

At atelier culotté, a size is chosen with two pieces of information that each product page gives: the sizes the piece comes in, and the size worn by the models in the photos, with their own measurements.

The sizes available

  • Most pieces come in S to XL: bralette tops, triangle tops and bras, the 50 NUANCES briefs and the one-piece swimsuits.
  • The Brazilian bottoms and the high-waisted swim bottoms, as well as the KITTY and GRRR thongs, go up to XXL.
  • The SUNSET and BICHOCO tangas, the EXPRESSO bloomer tanga, ruffled thong and bloomer briefs come in S-M or L-XL; the VALENTINE bloomer tanga in S/M or L/XL.
  • The EXPRESSO bralette comes in S, M and L.
  • The KITTY and GRRR camisoles and the EXPRESSO draped top are one size, which fits French sizes 34 to 40.

The models' reference points

The product pages say who wears what. These reference points help you find your bearings:

  • Noémia is a French size 36 with a B cup: she wears an S in the EXPRESSO bralette, “for a minimalist effect”, and an S in the 50 NUANCES bralette top.
  • Audrey is a French size 38 with a C cup: she wears an L in the EXPRESSO bralette, “for a covering effect”, and an M in the 50 NUANCES bralette top.
  • For the 50 NUANCES briefs, Noémia wears an S and Audrey an M.
  • Marie is a French size 36/38 and wears an M in the DIABOLO FRAISE and RHUM COCO one-piece swimsuits; Chloé, a French size 40, wears an L in the RHUM COCO one-piece.
  • For the BICHOCO triangle top, Marie and Chloé have a D cup and wear an L; Audrey, B cup, wears an S in the SUNSET triangle top.
  • Claire is an 85 F and wears an L in the CARMELIA triangle bra.

Choosing the right size matters all the more because briefs, thongs or swimwear whose hygienic protection has been removed cannot be returned under the right of withdrawal, as the terms and conditions of sale point out. If your body shape does not resemble any of these reference points, write to the designer through the Contact page before placing your order.
