These general terms and conditions of sale (hereinafter the "T&Cs") govern, without restriction or reservation, all sales concluded on the website atelier-culotte.fr between the designer atelier culotté and any person wishing to make a purchase (hereinafter "the Customer"). Any order placed on the website implies full and complete acceptance of these T&Cs.

As each piece is handmade in limited quantities, slight variations in cut, colour and finish may exist between two items of the same model: these variations are part of the authenticity of handcrafted clothing and do not constitute a lack of conformity.
The photographs illustrating the products are not contractually binding. Dimensions, sizes and material compositions are specified on each product page.
Article 4 - Prices
Prices are shown in euros (€), all taxes included. In accordance with article 293 B du Code général des impôts, atelier culotté benefits from the VAT franchise scheme: VAT is not applicable and no VAT is charged to the Customer.
The prices displayed do not include delivery costs, which are shown to the Customer before the order is confirmed and repeated on the invoice.
atelier culotté reserves the right to change its prices at any time; products are however invoiced on the basis of the prices in force when the order is recorded.
Article 5 - Orders
The Customer places an order online on the website atelier-culotte.fr. The Customer selects the items, confirms the basket, enters contact details and delivery address, chooses a payment method and confirms the order.
Confirmation of the order constitutes acceptance of these T&Cs. A confirmation email summarising the order is sent to the Customer without delay once payment has been recorded. atelier culotté reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order from a Customer with whom a dispute is ongoing or in the event of an obvious anomaly in the order.
Article 6 - Delivery
Delivery areas
atelier culotté delivers to mainland France, Corsica, the French overseas departments and territories (DROM-COM) and the European Union. For any delivery request outside these areas, please contact the designer by email before placing an order.
Delivery costs
- Mainland France: delivery costs are shown when the basket is confirmed. Delivery is free for purchases of €120 or more.
- Corsica, DROM-COM, European Union: costs are calculated according to weight and destination and are shown before payment.

As each piece is handmade, a preparation time of 2 to 5 working days is added to the carrier's delivery time. Orders are shipped by tracked Colissimo or an equivalent carrier. An email containing a tracking number is sent to the Customer at the time of shipment.
Delays and uncollected parcels
In the event of late delivery, the Customer informs atelier culotté as soon as possible at hello.atelier.culotte@gmail.com. A parcel returned to the sender because it was not collected or because of an incorrect address may be shipped again at the Customer's expense.
Article 7 - Right of withdrawal
In accordance with articles L221-18 et seq. of the Code de la consommation (French Consumer Code), the Customer has a period of fourteen (14) days from receipt of the order to exercise the right of withdrawal, without having to give reasons or pay any penalty.
To exercise this right, the Customer notifies the decision by an unambiguous written statement (email or letter) to:

2 allée Baronne de Lescun
64420 Andoins, France
hello.atelier.culotte@gmail.com

Refund
The refund is made no later than 14 days after receipt of the returned products, using the same means of payment as that used for the order, unless otherwise agreed by the Customer. Returned products that are incomplete, damaged, soiled or worn are neither taken back nor exchanged.
Article 9 - Legal guarantees
All products sold by atelier culotté automatically benefit from:
- the legal guarantee of conformity provided for in articles L217-3 et seq. of the Code de la consommation;

Article 12 - Intellectual property
All elements appearing on the website atelier-culotte.fr - texts, photographs, patterns, drawings, logos, visual identity, staging - are the exclusive property of Chloé Duranton / atelier culotté or its rights holders. Any reproduction, representation, adaptation or exploitation, in whole or in part, by any process whatsoever and on any medium whatsoever, is prohibited without the prior written authorisation of the designer, and constitutes an infringement punishable under articles L335-2 et seq. of the Code de la propriété intellectuelle (French Intellectual Property Code).
Article 13 - Liability
atelier culotté undertakes to describe the products offered for sale as accurately as possible. However, it cannot be held liable for damage resulting from improper use of the product, improper care (where applicable with regard to the instructions given on each product page), force majeure or the act of a third party.
