2. Personal data protection policy

Data controller

The controller of the personal data collected on the website is Madame Chloé Duranton, trading in her own name under the name atelier culotté, whose contact details are given above.

Data collected

The categories of data that may be collected are the following:

• Identification and contact data: surname, first name, delivery and billing address, email address, telephone number.
• Order data: order history, products purchased, amount, delivery preferences.
• Payment data: no banking data is stored by atelier culotté. Card information is processed directly by the payment provider through a solution compliant with the PCI-DSS standard.
• Browsing data: truncated IP address, browser type, pages viewed, date and time of connection, through technical cookies and, if consented to, audience measurement cookies.

Purposes and legal bases

• Management of orders, deliveries, invoices and after-sales service: performance of the contract (art. 6.1.b GDPR).
• Compliance with accounting and tax obligations: legal obligation (art. 6.1.c GDPR).

Transfers outside the European Union

• Commercial prospecting data: 3 years from the last contact initiated by the Customer (click, purchase, reply).
• Cookies: 13 months maximum from when they are set, within the limits of the consent given.

Rights of data subjects

In accordance with articles 15 to 22 GDPR, every person has a right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and portability regarding their data, as well as the right to set guidelines on what happens to it after their death.
