Track my order

To track your order, please enter your order ID in the box below and click the “Track” button. It was given to you on your receipt and in the confirmation email you should have received.

As each piece is handmade, a preparation time of 2 to 5 working days is added to the carrier's delivery time. Orders are shipped by tracked Colissimo or an equivalent carrier. An email containing a tracking number is sent to the Customer at the time of shipment.

In the event of late delivery, the Customer informs atelier culotté as soon as possible at hello.atelier.culotte@gmail.com.
